Buttered Parsley Potatoes

The fresh flavor of parsley is perfect with potatoes. You can use either curly or flat leaf parsley. These potatoes are the perfect side and will go with just about anything.

Pairing recommendation from EmpireWine.com

Ravines Cellars White Springs Dry Riesling 2016— This wine is richer and softer than most Finger Lake Rieslings. The lack of dairy in the recipe allows this wine to marry perfectly with the potatoes and parsley.
