One lovely thing about sweet potatoes is that they can be both sweet and savory on the menu. This recipe couldn't be easier, and is highly customizable.
Here’s how we do it at home.
Poke a few holes in the sweet potato with a fork, wrap in a damp paper towel, and microwave on high for 4 to 6 minutes. Allow it to cool for two to three additional minutes. Slice down the middle. Top with a pat of butter. Add a dash of cin- namon and you are free to enjoy! Top with pecans if you are feeling adventurous.
