A New York City–based food photographer, baker and award-winning kombucha maker hailing from Montana, Brie now spends much of her time upstate exploring small towns, farmers’ markets and local eateries. Once the hops-growing capital of North America, it now boasts breweries, wineries, a distillery and an historic cider mill, each one making world-class beverages.
