The Bees Knees Café is nestled in an original 1820’s farmhouse in the middle of Heather Ridge Farm; surrounded by fields of grazing sheep, antique apple orchards, and hollows where our hogs forage for roots and nuts. At the Bees Knees Cafe chef Rob Handel pairs our meat, poultry, and eggs raised right on the farm with local produce, wild mushrooms and herbs he forages from the surrounding forests and fields, and award winning local cheeses and dairy.
