Ingredients
- 1 cup red cherries, pitted
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon red wine
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Preparation
Cook cherries in a small pot with sugar and red wine. After 5 minutes, place in a blender and puree until smooth; place in refrigerator. Once chilled, add lemon juice. Set aside until ready to serve.
