Ingredients
- 2 pounds baby potatoes (any kind or color will work)
- Extra-virgin olive oil, to taste
- Salt to taste
- 3 rosemary sprigs
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Cut baby potatoes in half. Place in baking dish, drizzle extravirgin olive oil over potatoes and season generously with salt. Add rosemary sprigs. Mix ingredients together until potatoes are evenly coated. Place baking dish in oven for about 45 minutes or until the potatoes begin to brown and become crisp.
