Ingredients
- 1 ounce Sumac Rhubarb Syrup
- 1½ ounces Wölffer Estate Gin
- Juice from ½ lemon
- Ice
- Club soda
- Lemon twist
Instructions
In an ice-filled cocktail shaker, combine sumac syrup, gin and lemon juice. Shake vigorously until combined. Pour in to an ice filled Collins glass. Top with soda, garnish with a lemon twist and enjoy!
