Sumac Rhubarb Collins

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce Sumac Rhubarb Syrup
  • 1½ ounces Wölffer Estate Gin
  • Juice from ½ lemon
  • Ice
  • Club soda
  • Lemon twist

Instructions

In an ice-filled cocktail shaker, combine sumac syrup, gin and lemon juice. Shake vigorously until combined. Pour in to an ice filled Collins glass. Top with soda, garnish with a lemon twist and enjoy!
