Ingredients

SERVINGS: 1 Cocktail
  • 4 ounces chicken consommé*, warmed
  • 1 1/2 ounces Sotol (or .75 ounces tequila or mezcal; at Edible, we favor our local One with Life Tequila)
  • Splash lemon juice
  • 1/4 ounce brandy
  • 1/4 ounce Bénédictine
  • 2 drops celery bitters
  • Rosemary sprig

Instructions

Add consommé, Sotol, lemon juice, brandy and Bénédictine to a warmed mug. Stir to combine. Add 2 drops celery bitters to top. Clap rosemary sprig between hands and add as garnish. Sip and enjoy.

*Consommé is a clear, clarified version of chicken broth; regular broth can be substituted, just use half the amount, and make up for the deficit with water.
